The end of the year is in sight. As I look back over what I've read this year, a few books stand out and I hope you'll look for them. Christmas vacation is a great time to snuggle up with a good read, a comfy blanket, and a cup of cocoa (or tea, or coffee!) Most of these titles have detailed reviews on my blog, www.KeriRecommends.com. Happy Reading!
- The Guernsey Literary & Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer & Annie Barrows
- A Crooked Kind of Perfect by Linda Urban
- A Thousand Never Evers by Shana Burg
- The Comeback Season by Jennifer E. Smith
As 2008 winds down, I'm finishing up a delightful ARC for a new middle grade novel due out in 2009. It refers to See's Candy and the Pacific Ocean on the first page, which made me a bit homesick! Look for The Year The Swallows Came Early by Kathryn Fitzmaurice in February of next year.
If you have any books you think I should read, email me at Keri@KeriCollins.com!
