I'm the Local Liaison for the Golden Triangle Area, but would love to have writers from all over the Magnolia State join us for events.

UPCOMING LOCAL EVENT!
The Southern Breeze region of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators is hosting children’s picture book author Jo Kittinger for an author talk followed by an informal manuscript critique at the Book Mart & Cafe in Starkville on September 10. Jo’s presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. and be followed by a signing. After a mix-and-mingle break, interested writers will convene upstairs to share manuscripts and offer constructive feedback.
Jo Kittinger is the author of many books, including Rosa’s Bus, which recently won the Crystal Kite award from SCBWI. This event is open to the public and all SCBWI members are especially invited to attend.
